Easy Pork Chop Recipe (Ready to eat in 20 minutes!)
Working full time and feeding your family can be quite a chore. Yeah, that recipe only take 10 minutes to cook but it's 25 minutes in prep-time and ain't nobody got time for that. This pork chop recipe is an absolute go to for me not only because it's quick but it's delicious. In the picture I just have this chop paired with some instant rice and the whole meal took me about 20 minutes. Here's what you need.
4 pork chops
1/2 a tbsp onion powder
1/2 a tbsp SMOKED paprika
2 table spoons olive oil
a generous pinch of salt
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
On a cookie sheet or flat pan pour olive oil.
Place pork chops in olive oil on pan. Make sure both sides of the chop are well coated in the oil.
Take onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt mix and season both sides of each chop.
Place in oven for 15 minutes, flipping over after about 6-8 minutes.
Internal pork temp should be at about 145 when fully cooked.
Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
