Pan Seared Tilapia Ready in 10 Minutes

Until I met my husband I had really only eaten fish in a restaurant. He spent most of his childhood in Seattle so seafood is a must for our family. This recipe is ready in 10 minutes and if you want it with rice be sure to start the rice 10 minutes before the fish. Here is a super easy pan seared Tilapia recipe that I make for my family. Hope yours enjoys it as much as mine.

4 pieces of Tilapia filets 1 TBSP butter 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil 1/2 TSP dill 1 TSP Lemon Pepper

On medium heat, heat butter and oil in a pan until butter is melted. Add Talipa to butter and oil and sprinkle dill and lemon pepper evenly over the top. (Some of the seasoning will get in the oil and the fish will absorb the flavor from both sides) Sear on each side for about 5 minutes, only flipping once, or until butter is cooked to a golden brown on both sides of the filet.

Serve with Rice and Veggies.
